Luke 6: 20-21 And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples and said Blessed by ye poor: for yours is the kingdom of God. Blessed are ye that hunger now: for ye shall be filled. Blessed are ye that weep now: for ye shall laugh.
Often we think that poverty is only being hungry, naked and homeless but being unloved, unneeded, undervalued, uncared for or even unwanted can be our greatest poverty, so the church has come together to minister to the needs of these individuals by ministering to their needs. We also spend time to visit them and give them a word of encouragement by reminding them that God cares for them and offer them a word of prayer.
The Homeless Project is under the leadership of Minister Tyeisha Wisdom
